You have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item,

Because we fulfill orders through international warehouses and third-party logistics partners, the return address and process may vary depending on the item and its origin.
In some cases, products may be returned to our fulfillment centers located in the UK, EU, or Asia. We will provide all the necessary return steps, including whether a return is required at all—many items, especially if damaged or incorrect, may qualify for a refund or reshipment without needing to be sent back.
We encourage all customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Timely communication allows us to resolve issues quickly and provide you with a suitable solution, such as a replacement or full refund. Please note that some products are not eligible for return.
These include personal care items due to hygiene reasons, customized or made-to-order items, perishable goods, and items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events. Additionally, items returned without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item (if applicable) is received and inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processor, refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
